摘要
目前国内数控旋压设备的关键技术和部件还需要依赖进口,已成为阻碍我国数控旋压机床自主研制开发的瓶颈。为使所研究的数控旋压机床能面向广大中、小型企业,开发出了一种基于PC平台的经济型旋压机床数控系统,对三维非轴对称旋压时旋轮的径向进给、工作台的转动及横向偏移、纵向进给实行四轴两联动控制,该系统同样适用于常规的轴对称旋压机床的控制。本文对控制系统的硬件实现和软件系统作了介绍。
The key technologies and components of domestic manufactured CNC spinning machine must be imported till now. It has become the bottleneck of the self-developed CNC spinning machine. The economic PC-based numerical control system of spinning machine was developed to meet the requirements of the broad medium or small enterprises. The radial feed movement of the roller, the lateral offset, longitudinal feed and rotation of the clamp in the spinning of 3D non-axisymetrical parts are controlled by the four-axis two-linked system of the spinning machine. The system is suitable for the conventional spinning machine. The realization of hardware and the system software were introduced.
