摘要
设计了一种红外线机床安全防护装置。该装置由红外线发射电路、红外线接收电路、放大电路、锁相环译码电路、语音报警电路和联锁电路等组成。与一般保护装置不同的是,在红外线发射电路中没有单独设置脉冲产生电路,因而具有电路简单、调试方便、体积小等特点。它可以用在机床的不同部位,当有人误入警戒区域时,该装置能起语音警示、集中报警、紧急停车或机电联锁控制等作用。
An infrared safety protection device of machine tool was designed. It consists of transmitting circuit, receiving circuit, amplifying circuit, PLL decoder circuit, voice alarm and interlock circuit. Its obviously feature comparing with other protection devices is that it has no pulse forming circuit, so it is simple, small, and convenient for debugging etc. It can be. installed in many parts of machine tool. When somebody enters the vigilance area, it will give voice alarm, interlock alarm, accident emergency stop or machineelectrical interlock control.
