摘要 总结了动力卡盘的国内外发展概况,介绍了动力卡盘的结构形式,针对动力卡盘现有的问题,提出了一种用液压滑环为旋转油缸配油来构成液压动力卡盘的结构方案,用此种液压动力卡盘可以解决目前液压动力卡盘旋转速度不高的问题。 The international and national development status was summarized. The present structures of power chuck were introduced. Aimed at solving the existing problems of power chuck, a new kind of hydraulic power chuck using hydraulic slipring to allocate oil for rotating cylinder was put forward. So the problem of low rotating speed of power chuck can be solved. The level of machine manu- facture can be improved.
