摘要
介绍了负载敏感多路阀性能测试系统。根据多路阀功能测试的需要进行液压测试回路设计;采用多通道数据采集设备来完成液压测试系统多项性能的信号采集;以LabVIEW 7.1作为开发工具,开发了适应性较强的测试软件进行测试数据保存和曲线输出。根据测试数据和曲线,分析了多路阀的性能。
The test system for load-sensitive multi-way valve was introduced. Hydrautic system was designed in the light of requirements of functional tests. With application of multi-channel data collection equipments, signals of muhi-fuction of hydrautic test system were collected and transduced. A fexible testing software was developed to save the dynamic testing data and protract the realtime curves automatically by means of LabVIEW7. 1. The capabilities of multi-way valve were analysed based on these data and curves.
