摘要
介绍了新型高压水压数字溢流阀的结构及工作原理,并在建立其数学模型的基础上进行了溢流阀的静动态特性分析,并进行了计算机仿真与试验测试。仿真和试验测试的结果显示,其压力超调量、开启率、闭合率、动态响应时间和调压偏差等满足设计要求。
A new type of high-pressure water hydraulic digital relief was designed and researched, its operational principle and structure were introduced, its dynamic and static performances were analyzed based on its mathematics model and the simulated test was carried out. The results show that its uhra-volume, opening rate, closing rate, dynamic-response time and pressure-windage can satisfy the designed requirements.
