摘要 研究并设计了基于负载敏感的钻机液压系统,该液压系统最大限度利用了电动机的功率;其动力头的速度控制与负载无关,可根据工艺要求在调节范围内调节;系统可以LS卸荷,安全性高;避免溢流的发生。用恒功率、压力切断、负载敏感控制泵和比例多路换向阀组成钻机的液压系统,其效率高,安全性能好。 The hydraulic drill system based on the sensitive load was studied. This hydraulic system uses the electric motor power at the maximum, its speed control of the power head has nothing to do with the load, the speed can adjust in the adjustment scope according to the technological requirement. The system can discharge by the LS, it has high security and can avoid the overflow. Due to the application of the control technology of constant power, cutting by pressure, sensitive to load and proportional directional valve, the efficiency and security of the hydraulic system of drill was improved.
