摘要
对一种阻尼主动分级可调的液压减振器进行了研究。该减振器包括1组由高速电磁开关阀控制的固定阻尼组成的可调阻尼控制阀、2个二位二通高速电磁开关阀、减振缸、1个电磁阀控制的固定阻尼及储油箱组成。2个电磁阀控制减振器内活塞左右(上下)腔体之间的减振液体流动方向和减振力作用方向,使减振器在左右2个方向上均具有减振能力。可调阻尼控制阀内各阻尼孔的尺寸不同,经组合可以得到一系列不同面积的阻尼孔。根据减振的需要,控制可调阻尼控制阀内各开关阀的开启状态组合,可以得到不同大小的阻尼系数,改变减振器的阻尼特性。在控制器件失效的情况下,本减振器仍然可以提供固定阻尼实现阻尼减振。
A damper, which damp can be regulated in work, was researched. The damper consists of damp regulation valve controlled by a set of high speed valves, two switch valves, damping cylinder, settled damp and oil tank. Damping fluid flow direction and damping force direction are controlled by two solenoid valves, so the damper can output two directions forces. To regulate switching condition of control valves according to shock absorption requirement, the damper can output various damp force. When control components is out of work, a constant damp is provided by the damper.
