摘要
某水下开式循环热动力推进系统采用基于流量调节器的开环控制方式,变工况问题是决定系统安全性的重大问题。本文从动力系统对调节器功能的要求出发,提出了转速控制方案,讨论了比例传递函数的实现,指出了结构参数对系统性能的影响。对系统换速过程进行了仿真研究,并进一步对调节器结构参数进行了优化。仿真结果和试验表明,所设计的流量调节器实践上是可行的,方案是合理的,能够满足所要求的技术指标。
The varying work condition is the most important problem to the underwater thermal-dynamics propulsion system which controlled by flux regulator. Based on the requirements to regulator function of overall system, the velocity control scheme was put forward, the actualization of transfer function was analyzed. The influence of main characteristic parameters on the system performance was evaluated and the system optimization project was obtained. The results of simulation and experiment show the feasible for design and efficient for suggested optimization.
