摘要
根据自动变速器各组成部分的功能,将自动变速器分为液力变矩器、行星齿轮传动子系统、液压控制子系统、电子控制子系统4个部分,分别论述了各子系统现有的建模仿真方法。最后建立了典型自动变速器液压控制系统和行星齿轮机构在AMES im环境下的仿真模型,并进行了动态分析。
Automatic transmission (AT) is divided into torque converter, planetary gears sets, hydraulic controlled subsystem and electronic controlled subsystem based on their function. The technologies of simulation for each system were discussed. The simulation model of hydraulic controlled subsystem and the planetary gears sets was set up in AMESim and the performance of model was analysed.
