摘要 针对某大型武器设备液压系统各组成部分位置分散的特点,提出基于无线网络的液压系统故障诊断方案。设计了液压系统故障诊断的软件与硬件,阐述了运用BP神经网络的液压系统故障诊断方法,对无线数据传输协议进行了优化与设计。该方案将无线网络技术用于数据传输,省去了大量电缆连接,简化了系统,实现了对武器装备液压系统的远程监测和快速故障诊断。 A fault diagnosis of hydraulic system based wireless network was designed for a large weapon equipment. The software and hardware of the fault diagnosis system were designed ; the BP neural network was applied in the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system; the wireless data transmitting agreement was planned and optimized. The wireless network was utilized for data transmitting in the scheme, so a large number of cables were leaved out, and the fault diagnosis system was simplified. The long-distance detecting and fast fault diagnosis were realized.
