Analysis and Dealing with Hydraulics Trouble for 800t/h Continuous Unloading Machine

系统地分析了深圳市沙角B电厂800 t/h连续式卸船机液压系统的常见故障,分析结果表明:链斗提升乏力主要是卸载控制的溢流阀磨损造成的;油污染导致链斗提升压力不稳;主油泵磨损及吸油压力不足导致异常振动与噪声。针对这些故障提出了解决的办法。

The hydraulics troubles for 800t/h continuous unloading machine were analyzed. The result shows that lack of power for chain bucket hoisting is caused by the wear of relief valve; unstable pressure of the buckets hoisting is caused by the pollution of hydraulic oil; abnormity vibration and noise come from the wear and low sucking pressure of main pump. Some solutions were presented.
