摘要
目的:探讨p27、β-catenin及p21-ras在乳腺导管上皮良、恶性病变中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化(Envision)法检测乳腺导管上皮一般性增生(15例)、乳腺导管上皮不典型增生(28例)及乳腺浸润性导管癌(25例)组织中p27、β-catenin、p21-ras的表达情况。结果:p27在浸润性导管癌中的阳性表达率为36.0%(9/25),与乳腺导管上皮一般性增生的阳性表达率86.6%(13/15)、乳腺导管上皮不典型增生的阳性表达率82.1%(23/28)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);β-catenin在浸润性导管癌中的阳性表达率为84.0%(21/25),与乳腺导管上皮一般性增生的阳性表达率20.0%(3/15)、乳腺导管上皮不典型增生的阳性表达率28.4%(8/28)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);p21-ras在乳腺导管上皮一般性增生、乳腺导管上皮不典型增生、浸润性导管癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为13.3%(2/15)、32.1%(9/28)、68.0%(17/25),在浸润性导管癌中的阳性表达率与乳腺导管上皮一般性增生、乳腺导管上皮不典型增生的阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:p27、β-catenin、p21-ras基因表达异常与乳腺导管上皮癌变有关,可能是乳腺浸润性导管癌形成和发展的重要机制。
Objective: To investigate the expressions and their significance of p27, β-catenin, p21-ras in breast benign and maligant lesions. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining method of Envision was used to detect the p27, β-catenin and p21-ras gene expressions in 15 usual ductal hyperplasia, 28 atypical ductal hyperplasia and 25 breast cancer tissues. Results: Immunohistochemical staining method of Envision resuhs revealed that when compared with the p27 and β- catenin positive rates of breast cancer (36.0% and 84.0%, respectively) the p27 and β-catenin positive rates of atypical ductal hyperplasia (82. 1% and 28.5%, respective 32.1%(9/28), were significantly lower (P 〈0.05). The p21-ras positive rates was 13.3%(2/15),32.1%(9/28)68. 0% (17/25) in usual ductal hyperplasia, atypical ductal hyperplasia and breast cancer respectively. The positive rates of p21-ras in breast benign and maligant lesions was significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that the abnormal expressions of p27,β-catenin and p21-ras may play roles in the pathogenesis of breast carcinoma.
