摘要
目的:研究提取和分离新疆光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabraL)的异黄酮类活性成分光甘草定(Glabrid-in,GB)的工艺。方法:用丙酮粗提光果甘草提取物,用氧化铝和硅胶柱层析法分离不同极性的组分,用制备型薄层层析法和重结晶法进行纯化,再用核磁共振、质谱、红外和紫外光谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从光果甘草的干燥根中分离获得GB纯品,原制备工艺得到优化。结论:本方法在少量快速制备GB纯品中具有重要作用。
Objective: To study the extraction and separation method of active isoflavon constituent glabridin (GB) from Xinjiang Glycyrriza glabra root. Methods: We applied following methods as extraction by acetone, separation by aluminum oxide and silica gel chromatography, purification by preparative thin layer chromatography and by re-crystallization. The structural elucidation was performed by four spectrum methods (1H NMR, IR, UV, MS). Results: Pure glabridin was obtained by above methods, and its chemical structure was determined by four spectrum methods;the preparation technology of GB in literature was optimized. Conclusion: Our study suggested that this procedure is one of the effective ways for obtaining high purity of glabridin.
