新疆和田地区维吾尔族居民血脂水平调查及分析

Investigation and analysis on lipdemia level of the normal healthy adults of Uygur in hetian,Xinjiang

目的：了解新疆和田地区维吾尔族居民的血脂水平,初步建立维吾尔族血脂参考范围.方法：采用整群随机抽样的方法,选择居住在新疆和田地区墨玉县的600例健康维吾尔族居民,男、女性分别按年龄分为5组,检测血浆TC、TG、HDL-C水平,计算LDL-C值.结果：维吾尔族居民血脂水平均随年龄增长而逐渐增高.男性41～50岁组及＞50岁组TG、TC水平与≤20岁组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,女性31～40、41～50、＞50岁组TG水平与≤20岁组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.男性41～50岁组及＞50岁组TC水平与女性比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.男性21～30岁组HDL-C水平与≤20岁组、31～40岁组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,女性各年龄组间差异均无统计学意义.男、女性≤20岁组LDL-C水平与各组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,除≤20岁组外,男、女性各年龄组间比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：各地区、实验室应建立本地区不同人群、不同性别、不同年龄组的血脂参考范围,以供临床对检验结果的诊断价值作出正确判断.

Objective： To study the lipdemia level of Uygur people and primarily to establish the reference value range of it. Methods： Blood samples of 600 Uygur people living in Hetian, Xinjiang were conducted by random method. TC, TG and HDL-C values of serum were measured, LDL-C was calculated. Results： For male and female, TG and TC level increased with age. Compared to group of age 420, there were statistical significant differences between the male group of age 41～50, 〉50 （P 〈0.01）, and TC level for the male group of age 41～50 and 〉50 were significant different between the female group. HDL-C level was statistical significant difference between the male group of 21～30,≤ 420 and 31～40 （P 〈0.05）, while, no significant difference between all different age of female groups. Compared to age≤20 group, there was a statistical significant difference between all different age group of male and female on LDL-C level （P 〈0.01）, and significant differences were found in all different groups of age between male and female. Conclusion： In order to help doctors to make right diagnosis, different reference value ranges according to race, sex, age should be established.
