新疆医科大学退休教师体质检查结果分析

Analysis of the present status of physical quality of retired teachers in Xinjiang Medical University

目的:了解新疆医科大学退休教师体型与疾病的关系。方法:对退休教师382人进行体质检查。测量身高、体重,依据体质指数对体型进行分型;生化检测血糖、血脂水平;B超检查肝、胆、脾、肾等。结果:男性身高(169.02±5.66)cm,体重(70.74±9.19)kg;女性身高(157.91±5.66)cm,体重(61.05±10.47)kg,男女性身高、体重比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性收缩压高于女性(P<0.05);其它指标男女间未见差异(P>0.05)。体型正常者225人(58.90%),超重与肥胖者140人(36.65%);女性超重与肥胖者明显多于男性(P<0.05)。超重和肥胖体型者脂肪肝的检出率明显高于体型正常者,且女性明显高于男性(P<0.01);男性肥胖者胆囊炎、胆结石、肝内囊肿检出率高于其他体型(P<0.05);女性超重和肥胖体型者高血压、高甘油三酯检出率明显高于体型正常者(P<0.01)。结论:超重和肥胖体型者高血压、高甘油三酯、脂肪肝检出率明显高于体型正常者,预防肥胖是提高退休教师健康水平的重要手段。

Objective： To explore the present status of physical quality of retired teachers in Xinjiang Medical University. Methods： Among 382 retired teachers in Xinjiang Medical University, their height, weight blood pressure and blood lipid, their body mass index were calculated were measured. Their livers, spleens, kidneys and gall bladder were checked by uhrasonography. Resuls： The mean value of height and weight （169.02±5.66） era, （70.74±9.19） kg in male were higher than that （157.91±5.66） era, （61.05 ±10.47） kg in female （P〈0.01） ; and the systolic pressure in male was higher than that in female （P〈 0.05） ; The differences of others items between male and female were not found, the percentage of BMI over 24 was 36.65%, and the percentage of BMI over 24 was lower in male than in female, the fatty liver detectable rate was higher in BMI more than 24 kg/m^2 than BMI from 18. 5 to 24 and compasing with males, the detectable rates of fatty liver, hypertension and hypertriglyceridemia of overweight and obesity in female were higher than normal. Conclusion. The detectable rates of fatty liver, hypertension and hypertriglyceridemia of overweight and obesity are higher than normal, which suggests preventing obesity is a main way to improve the body built of retired teachers .
