摘要
对首钢使用的6种焦炭进行钝化剂处理试验。实验室实验结果表明:几种焦炭试样喷洒钝化剂后,反应性都降低,反应后强度都得到提高,尤其是浓度为3%的钝化剂溶液效果更加明显。工业试验结果表明:焦炭喷洒钝化剂以后,有利于促进高炉顺稳生产、降低焦比。
Six kinds of cokes used in Shougang were treated by passivator solution. The test result in laboratory indicate that: after passivator sprayed, six kinds of cokes CRI were decreased and CSR increased. Particularly, the effect was more remarkable when concentration of passivator was 3%. Industrial experiment results indicated that: passivated coke is good to motivate the stable production of BF and reduce coke rate.
