摘要
对首钢使用的6种焦炭进行钝化剂处理试验。实验室实验结果表明：几种焦炭试样喷洒钝化剂后，反应性都降低，反应后强度都得到提高，尤其是浓度为3％的钝化剂溶液效果更加明显。工业试验结果表明：焦炭喷洒钝化剂以后，有利于促进高炉顺稳生产、降低焦比。
Six kinds of cokes used in Shougang were treated by passivator solution. The test result in laboratory indicate that： after passivator sprayed, six kinds of cokes CRI were decreased and CSR increased. Particularly, the effect was more remarkable when concentration of passivator was 3%. Industrial experiment results indicated that： passivated coke is good to motivate the stable production of BF and reduce coke rate.
