摘要
系统论为产品-产业-区域集成创新提供了一个新的理论依据,大量相关的企业、社会组织和机构通过专业化的社会网络在空间上的集中,以创新、合作、竞争为基础形成动力机制与路径依赖,最终形成集成创新系统。为了使集成创新系统更具有可操作性,构建了产品-产业-区域集成创新系统的指标体系,对数据进行标准化处理,并结合硅谷和剑桥的案例,分析对比了两个高新技术园区的优势和劣势。
System theory provides a new theoretical basis for product- industry -regional integrated innovation for a large number of related enterprises. Social organizations and institutions through professional social networks in terms of space concentration, innovation, cooperation, and competition form the basis of the driving mechanism and path dependence, and ultimately form integrated innovation system. To enable integrated innovation system more comparative, a product -industry- regional integrated innovation system architecture is developed. Based on data standardization, and by studying Silicon Valley and Cambridge cases, of the two high - tech park pros and cons are compared and analyzed.
