The Out-oriented Economy Upgrading in Eastern China:the Problems and the Beyond of the International Subcontracting

东部地区的国际代工模式还仅仅是经济国际化发展的初期,其继续发展将引发包括东部地区承载压力加大、中西部地区发展空间受到抑制、经济粗放增长、能源需求和外贸依存度大大增加、经济虚高增长以及收入分配差距加大等诸多问题。因此,超越国际代工,实现外向型经济升级就成为东部地区的必然选择。

The international subcontracting mode in Eastern China is still in the primary stage of the internationalization of the economic development, the continuous development of which will lead to many problems, such as to enhance the pressure of the endurance of Eastern China; to compress the industrial development space of Central and Western China; to impair the transformation of the economy growth mode and the sustainable development; to increase the demand of energy and the foreign trade dependence degree; and to falsely raise the china＇ s economic growth, expanse the gap of the income distribution. So, to beyond the international subcontracting mode and to upgrade the out-oriented economy must be Eastern China＇ s choice.
