HR Outsourcing Development and Practice in China:Surveying a data of 49 Entities

摘要 人力资源管理外包已经成为组织人力资源运营的一种新模式。本文对人力资源管理外包的发展进行了探索,并结合我国东南沿海地区49家组织的人力资源管理外包实践调研情况.对我国组织人力资源管理外包实施的主要内容、实施的主要原因、遇到的主要挑战和迫切需要解决的问题进行了分析,并根据国外的实践,对我国人力资源管理外包未来实践提出相关建议。 HRM outsourcing has been the future new human resource style. Based on the belief, we made a research and study surveying a data of 49 entities in several relatively advantaged economic areas, including Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing. The article continues to analyze some reason behind the results and gives out some constructive suggestion.
