摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测59例SLE患者和24名正常对照组血清sICAM-1水平,并分析sICAM-1与抗核抗体(ANA)、抗双链DNA(dsDNA)抗体、补体C3等的相关性。结果SLE患者血清sI-CAM-1水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001),且sICAM-1水平与ANA滴度具一定的相关性(r=0.363,P<0.05),而与抗dsDNA抗体、补体无明显的相关。结论sICAM-1在SLE的发病机制中起作用,血清sICAM-1的测定有助于SLE的病情监测。
Objective To investigate the clinical signification of serum level of soluble intercellular adhesion molecular-1 ( sICAM-1 ) in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients. Methods The serum sICAM-1 level from 59 patients with SLE and 24 healthy controls were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The correlation between sICAM-1 and anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA), anti-dsDNA antibodies (anti-ds DNA), complement C3 were analyzed. Results Serum sICAM-1 level in SLE patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy controls (P 〈 0.001 ). A positive correlation was observed between sICAM-1 level and the end point titre of ANA (r = 0. 363, P 〈 0.05 ), but there were no statistically significant correlation between sICAM-1 level and anti-dsDNA or complement C3. Conclusions sICAM-1 may take part in pathogenic mechanism of SLE. Determination of the serum level of SLE is helpful for monitoring the disease.
