摘要
报告了甲硝唑缓释药膜和甲硝唑片治疗牙周病的疗效比较.结果显示;缓释药膜的总有效率为98.02%,而片剂则为80.0%;药膜的用药量是片剂的1/400,而龈沟液中药物浓度是片剂的60倍,它对孕妇、肝肾功能差等不宜内服药物的牙周炎患者更为合宜,值得推广应用.
The efficacies of metronidazole sustained-release film were compared with those of metronidazole tablet in periodontal disease. The results showed that total effective rate was 98. 02% in sustained-release film group and 80.0% in tablet group respectively. The dose of sustained-release film was 1/400 of tablet;the concentration in gingival crevicu-lar fluid was 60 times of tablet. The sustained-relese film was suitable to the semeiotic peri-odontitis patients,such as gravida,or with hepatic-renal insufficiency.
