湛江市土地利用综合效益及其演化评价

Evaluating on Land Use Multiple Efficiency and Its Evolvement in Zhanjiang

土地利用效益评价是土地利用总体规划修编的前提和基础.从社会、经济、生态和环境等方面构建土地利用综合效益评价指标体系,采用AHP法、熵权法、综合评价法和协调度分析模型对湛江市1996～2004年的土地利用综合效益进行了评价.结果表明：湛江市土地利用的社会效益和经济效益明显增加而生态效益和环境效益则明显降低;土地利用效益的协调度不高,属于基本协调状态;最后,还提出了加强土地利用生态环境建设的对策.

Evaluating land use efficiency is the basement of the adjustment of land use planning. This paper establishes evaluation indicators for regional land use efficiency from the aspects of society, economy, ecology and environment. Applying the method of AHP and EW, it defines the weights of each indicator. A case study in Zhanjiang is carried out to analyze the regional land use efficiency and its evolvement by using the methods of multifactor composite evaluation and coordinate degree analyzing model from 1996 to 2004. Result indicates that the land use efficiency of society and economy is increased but the efficiency of ecology and environment is decreased greatly and land use coordinate degree belongs to basic coordinated state. Finally it puts forward the countermeasure for enhancing the construction of ecology and environment.
