摘要
现仿汝瓷为单纯的分相玻璃釉,而真正汝官瓷釉为析晶-分相釉。文章研究了高Al2O3含量对汝官瓷釉析晶与结构的影响。样品的晶相结构分析表明:在高铝釉式组成范围内,当Si/Al<4.0时,样品有钙长石晶相和少量的石英与钙黄长石析出;而当Si/Al>4.0时,样品呈良好的玻璃态;高铝釉式(Si/Al<4.0)汝瓷釉内钙长石晶体在最高烧成温度(1260℃)保温过程中就已生成,在降温过程中晶体继续长大。
The current Ru ware glaze is made up of pure phase separated glassglaze while the genuine Ru ware glaze is made up of crystaUine-phase separated glaze. The paper studies influence of high Al2O3 content on crystallization and structure of the genuine Ru ware glaze. Sample analysis shows that within alumina glaze formula, when Si/Al〈4.0, there is anorthite phase and little quartz and submellite to separate out; When Si/Al〉4.0, sample stays fine at glass state; anorthite crystal forms at the highest temperature 1260℃ and grows as temperature fails.
