摘要
当前,我国农村公路建设进入了空前的高峰期,但决算超预算、预算超概算、概算超估算的现象仍很普遍,资金缺口较大,有限的资金和落后的管理模式制约着农村公路建设。文章结合近几年我国农村公路的造价管理经验和遇到的问题,谈谈如何在农村公路建设中,进行工程造价的有效控制与科学管理。
