基于全阶闭环磁链观测器的感应电动机直接转矩控制 被引量:1

摘要 磁链观测是实现高性能电机传动系统的关键环节,在研究传统直接转矩控制系统定子磁链观测方法的局限性的基础上,设计了全阶闭环磁链观测器并就简化极点配置作了分析。运用该磁链观测器实现了全速度范围,尤其在极低速时的定子磁链进行了准确观测。仿真和实验结果表明此方案对定子磁链的观测效果明显优于传统的观测方法,降低了稳态时转矩、磁链和速度的波动,并对电机参数的变化具有良好的鲁棒性。 The key to the high performance motor drive system is flux estimation. Based on the research of limitation in stator flux linkage estimation via the classical direct torque control(DTC), in this paper a full order closed loop flux observer has been designed and to simplify pole configuration was analysed. It can realize precise stator flux observation in a wide speed range, especially in extremely low speed. The simulation and experimental results show that the stator flux can be observed much better than classical methods in flux estimation, the torque, current and speed pulsation have been reduced during steady state, and demonstrate higher robustness to motor parameters uncertainty.
