摘要
总结237例重症闭合性腹外伤病例，以探讨急救措施、本文认为：院前急救是必要的，院内急救的关键是有效的抗休克治疗，果断行急诊手术，其剖腹手术的指征宜松不宜紧。
Trauma to the abdomen may have very severe consequene and the mortality rate is high. The present paper summarized 237 cases of severe closed injury of abdomen in order to investigate the suitabe emergency treatment for such patients. The authors conclude that first aid treatment for the patient before being admitted to the hospital is essential. The key to a successful treatment inside the hospital is antishock therapyPrompt emergency laparotomy is important and over stringent observation of indication for laparotomy should be avoided.
