武汉城区蒿属花粉分布及对过敏性鼻炎患者气道反应性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究武汉城区蒿属花粉的飘散规律并探讨其对蒿属花粉过敏性鼻炎患者气道反应性的影响。方法2003年11月~2004年10月在武汉城区选点,采用重力沉积法进行了蒿属花粉的调查;同时对630例蒿属花粉过敏性鼻炎患者进行发病季节调查,其中220例患者进行了气道反应性测定,并采用酶联免疫法检测血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平。结果武汉城区蒿属花粉飘散的高峰期为8~10月份;蒿属花粉过敏性鼻炎患者的发病季节与蒿属花粉播散高峰期相吻合;气道反应性与血清ECP水平变化相一致,并与蒿属花粉浓度存在对应关系。结论蒿属花粉是武汉城区秋季主要致敏花粉之一,研究结果对蒿属花粉相关的过敏性疾病的防治具有重要的临床指导意义。 Objective To study the regularity of Artemisia pollen in Wuhan city & it's relationship to airway responsiveness of allergic rhinitis patients to Artemisia. Methods From Nov 2003 to Oct 2004, an airborne pollen investigation was performed in Wuhan, using gravity sedimentation technique. Meanwhile, the study of invasion season were performed on 630 cases with allergic rhinitis patients to Artemisia. Among them, 220 cases did the airway responsiveness measurements, and the correlation between airway responsiveness and pollen concentration was analyzed. The level of serum ECP was measured by ELISA. Results The Arternisia pollen peak time each year occurs in autumn (from August to October). The incidence of pollinosis corresponds to pollen peak time; there was a positive relationship between airway responsiveness, serum ECP and airborne pollen concentration. Conclusion The study provides useful scientific information for Artemisia pollen epidemiology of Wuhan city. It provides very important insights to clinical prevention and treatment of pollen related allergic diseases.
