摘要
目的探讨武汉地区接触性皮炎的致病因素,了解其常见的接触性变应原。方法采用瑞典化学技术诊断公司原装进口的瑞敏TM接触变应原检测盒,对312例确诊为接触性皮炎的患者进行了斑贴试验。结果312例患者中有174例至少对一种物质过敏,总阳性率为55.77%,阳性率较高的几种变应原依次为:硫酸镍107项(33.33%)、芳香混合物48项(14.95%)、重铬酸钾33项(10.28%)、噻汞撒31项(9.66%)、对苯二胺20项(6.23%)等。结论调查结果为武汉地区接触性皮炎提供了流行病学资料和临床依据,对指导患者的预防和治疗均有重要的意义。
Objective To analysis the pathogens of contact dermatitis in Wuhan, and find out the common contact allergens. Methods Patch test was give to 312 cases of contact dermatitis, using the IQ Chamber from Chemotechnique Diagnostics, Sweden. Results Three hundred and twelve cases of contact dermatitis patients were patch tested. The results showed that the most familiar allergens were： nikel sulfate （107cases, 33. 33%）, aromatic mixture （48 cases, 14. 95%）, potassium dichromate （33 cases, 10. 28%）, Thiomersal 31 cases, 9. 66%）, paraphenylenediamine （20 cases, 6. 23%）. Conclusion Offer the epidemiological data and clinical evidence to contact dermatitis of Wuhan city.
