超声引导下注射凝血酶修复心导管术后假性动脉瘤效果观察

Efficiency of ultrasound-guided thrombin injection of femoral artery pseudoaneurysms after cardiac catheterization

目的观察超声引导下注射凝血酶修复心导管术后假性动脉瘤的效果。方法心导管术后假性动脉瘤21例,利用彩色多普勒超声仪的高频线阵探头引导注射凝血酶修复。结果21例假性动脉瘤超声引导下注射凝血酶修复成功,治愈率100%。结论超声引导下注射凝血酶是治疗心导管术后假性动脉瘤的有效、快捷的方法。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided thrombin injection of femoral artery pseudoaneurysms after cardiac catheterization. Methods Philips IE33 with a L8-4 probe and GE Vivid7 with a 12L probe were used. Twenty-one patients with femoral artery pseudoaneurysms underwent thrombin injection therapy under the guidance of two-dimensional echocardiography and color Doppler echocardiography. Results The 21 patients were cured successfully. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided thrombin injection is an efficient and quick therapy for femoral artery pseudoaneurysms after cardiac catheterization.
