摘要
[目的]为了探明开封市区大气微生物状况,以期为其城市建设和环境保护提供理论依据。[方法]连续2年对开封市区不同季节、不同区域空气中细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量进行了测定,并对其变化规律进行了初步探讨。[结果]2005和2006年的细菌数量第一季度和第四季度数量最少,分别为30.023、3.35个/皿和32.00、34.95个/皿;第二季度菌数明显增多,为46.95和53.75个/皿;第三季度最高菌数达74.30和83.45个/皿。放线菌和真菌数量的季节变化规律和细菌完全相同。[结论]开封市空气中细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量在第一季度增加,第三季度最高,第四季度迅速下降。在同一季度,闹市区及工厂密集区空气中的菌数显著高于周边区。
[Objective] The purpose was to prove up the air microbe condition of Kaifeng city and supply theoretical basis for its urban construction and environmental protection. [Method] The bacteria, actinomyces and fungi amounts in air of different areas and different seasons in Kaifeng city were determined for continual two years and its variation law was disoussed preliminarily. [Result] The bacteria amounts of the fast and fourth quarters in 2005 and 2006 were least, being 30.02 per dish, 33.35 per dish and 32.00 per dish, 34.95 per dish. It was increased obviously in the second quarter, being 46.95 per dish and 53.75 per dish. The highest bacteria amounts in the third quarter achieved 74.30 per dish and 83.45 per dish. The season change laws of actinomyees and fungi amounts were completely same. [ Conclusion] The bacteria, actinomyees and fungi amounts in air of Kaifeng city were increased in the first quarter, were highest in the third quarter, were decreased rapidly in the fourth quarter. In the same quarter, the bacteria numbers in air of downtown area and factory compression area were significantly higher than that of perimeter zone.
