摘要 [目的]为了研究"人防"山洞蘑菇栽培技术。[方法]采用荷兰技术,利用"人防"山洞种植双孢蘑菇,对六化建前洞菇房、后洞菇房的生产过程进行总结和分析。[结果]在5 417.6 m2菇床上,采收蘑菇131 105.9 kg,单位面积产量24.2 kg/m2。后洞采菇期自3月11日至5月3日,共54 d,全生产周期123 d,采收鲜菇59 567.0 kg,单位面积产量为23.5 kg/m2。前洞采菇期3月21日至5月4日,共45 d,采收鲜菇71 538.9 kg,单位面积产量24.8 kg/m2。两洞平均采菇期达47.5 d,前洞产量比后洞高出约44%。[结论]利用"人防"山洞种植双孢蘑菇是可行的。 [ Objective] The purpose was to study cultivation techniques of mushroom in "Ren Fang" cave. [ Method] Through planting Agaricus bisporus (Lauge) Sing by Netherlands techniques in "Ren Fang" cave, the producing process in mushroom hothouses of front and back caves of Liuhuajian was concluded and analyzed. [ Result ] On the 5417.6 m^2 mushroom bed, the mushroom harvested was 131 105.9 kg and yield per unit area was 24.2 kg/m^2. The mushroom harvesting period in back cave ranged from Mar. llth to May 3rd, 54 d in total and the total producing period was 123 d, the fresh nmshroom harvested was 59 567.0 kg and yield per unit area was 23.5 kg/m^2. The mushroom harvesting period in front cave ranged from Mar. 21 st to May 4th, 45 d in total, the fresh mushroom harvested was 71 538.9 kg and yield per unit area was 24.8 kg/m^2. The average harvesting period of both front and back caves was up to 47.5 d and the yield of front cave increased by 44% comparing with that of back cave. [Conclusion] It was feasible to use "Ren Fang" cave to plant Agar/cus bisporus (Lauge) Sing.
