摘要
[目的]为了丰富扬州地区藤本植物种类。[方法]对荷兰的金鱼花、槭叶茑萝、黑眼苏珊3种藤本植物进行引种试验,观察了它们定植前后的生长情况、植物学性状以及开花时间、种子成熟期和主要观赏性状。[结果]槭叶茑萝出苗最早,出苗率高达90.91%,黑眼苏珊出苗较晚,出苗率只有34.48%;3种藤本植物的幼苗在26 d内总体长势较好;槭叶茑萝和黑眼苏珊从播种到开花需65 d左右,花期7-10月,盛花期9-10月,金鱼花开花较迟,花期9月下旬-11月中旬,盛花期在10月份;槭叶茑萝的种子成熟最早且比较多,金鱼花到11月底可采种,种子较少。[结论]3种藤本植物能适应引种地的环境条件,完成其生长周期,且观赏效果较好,是理想的垂直绿化材料。
[Objective] The aim of the researeh was to enrich the vine species in Yangzhou region. [Method] In the intreduction test in greenhouse, the growth conditions before and after field planting, botanical traits, flowering time, seed mature stage and major omamental characteristics of 3 kinds of vines of Columnea gloriosa , Quamoclit sloteri House and Thunbergia alata were investigated. [ Result ] The seedling emergence of Q. sloteri was earliest with its germination rate of 90.91% and that of Q. sloteri was later with its germination rate only of 34.48%. The seedlings of 3 kinds of vines grew better in 26 days in general. Q. sloteri and T. alata took about 65 days from sowing to flowering, with the flowering period from July to October and the full flowering stage in September and October. But the flowering date of C. gloriosa was later, with the flowering period from the late September to the middle November and the full flowering stage in October. Seed of Q. sloteri was the earliest in maturation and most in number. C. gloriosa seeds were collected in the end of November and were less. [ Conclusion] Three kinds of vines could adapt to the environmental conditions of introduction places, completed the growth cycle with better omanental effects, which were ideal vertical green materials.
