摘要
[目的]探究10种农药对斑马鱼的毒性与安全评价。[方法]采用半静态法在室内测定10种农药对斑马鱼的急性毒性,并根据《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》中农药对鱼类的毒性等级划分,评价10种农药对鱼类的安全性。[结果]结果表明:有2种药剂的96hLC50〈0.1 mg/L,属于剧毒级;5种药剂的96 hLC50为0.1-1.0 mg/L,属于高毒级;1种药剂的96 hLC50为1.0-10 mg/L,属于中毒级;2种药剂的96 hLC50〉10 mg/L,属于低毒级。[结论]该研究为10种农药的合理使用提供了基础资料和科学指导。
The toxicity of ten pesticides to Brachydanio rerio was investigated using standardized laboratory procedures; the grade was compartmentalized according to toxicity scope; and the safety evaluation was made for these pesticides, The results indicate that the LC50(96 h) of two pesticides is lower than 0.1 mg/L(belong to extremely high toxicity grade) ;that of five pesticides is between 0.1 - 1,0 mg/L(belong to high toxicity grade) ; that of one pesticide is between 0.1.1.0 mg/L(belong to moderate toxicity grade) ; that of two pesticides is higher than 10 mg/L(belong to slight toxicity grade).
