摘要 [目的]为了探讨控制生殖生长对丹参根有效成分含量以及单株根的干物质积累动态变化的影响。[方法]2004年9月-2005年12月的田间试验中,采取全部摘除花序处理控制丹参根的生殖生长,每10 d摘一次。不作任何处理的为对照。采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法等测定摘除花序后丹参根总丹参酮、丹参酮IIΑ和丹酚酸Β含量以及单株干鲜重。[结果]除7月外,其余各月控制生殖生长丹参根总丹参酮、丹参酮IIA、丹酚酸B的含量,单株鲜重和折干率均比对照显著增加。11月摘花序后丹参根总丹参酮、丹参酮IIA、丹酚酸B的含量、单株鲜重和折干率分别比对照增加提高28.12%、15.49%、9.78%、22.82%和34.12%。[结论]该研究为丹参规范化栽培提供了理论依据。 [ Objective] The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of controlling procreation growth on dynamic change of effective ingredients content and dry matter accumulation in S. miltiorrhiza roots. [Method] In field experiment in Sept.2004 - Dec.2005, the procreation growth of S. miltiorrhiza roots was controlled by removing the inflorescence, with one time per 10 days. S. miltionrrhiza without any treatment was as CK. The contents of total tanshinone, tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolie acid B, and the fresh and dry weight per plant in S. miltiorrhiza roots were detemined by ultraviolet Speetrophotometry and HPLC method, etc. [Result] Compared with control roots, total tanshinone, tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolie acid B contents, the fresh weight per plant and the drying rate in S. miltiorrhiza roots whose procreation growth was controlled were significantly increased in all months except July, being by 28.12%, 15.49%, 9.78%, 22.82% and 34.12% respectively after excising the inflorescence in November. [ Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for the standardization cultivation of S. miltiorrhiza.
