摘要
以湖北省荆州市为例,从宏观层面对市域范围内8县市区建设用地进行了综合集约利用水平评价。从区域空间的角度,建立了建设用地集约利用指标体系,采用主成分分析法,对各县市区的土地集约利用情况进行了测度,并对结果进行了分析,探索了荆州市建设用地集约利用水平的区域分异规律,并指出区位条件和经济发展水平是影响荆州市建设用地集约利用水平分异的主要因素。
Taking Jingzhou City in Hubei Province as an example, the intensive use level of the construction land was evaluated in the eight counties in the land range of the city from the macro- scopical aspect. From the study on regional spatial point of view, the method of principal componant analysis was adopted to calculate the construction land intensive use of 8 districts in Jingzhon City with the formation of the index system of the construction land intensive use. Then, the result of the calculation was analyzed, and the regional differentiation law of the construction land intensive use level in Jingzhou City was explored. The research results showed that the regional conditions and economic development level were the main factors impacting intensive use of construction land in Jingzhou City in China.
