HX肿瘤测定仪在肺癌诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值

DIAGNOSIS AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF LUNG CANCER WITH HX TUMOR PROBER

本组采用HX肿瘤测定仪对100例肺癌及52例肺部病变患者做诊断及鉴别诊断，临床总符合率82％，假阴性单10％，假阳性率8％。I期肺癌的诊断符合率最高，肺癌的病理类型及临床TNM分期影响HX肿瘤测定结果。癌细胞的分化程度低且恶性高则HX信息强。

100 cases of lung cancer and 52 cases of pulmonary diseases were diagnosed by means of HX tumor prober comparing with the pathological diagnoses and X-ray. The Seneral coincidence rate was 82 percent in spite of the fales positieve rate of 8%,and thefalse negative rate of 10%The diagnostic coincidence rate of phase I lung cancer was highest. The pathological categories and the clinical TNM stages of lung can-cer in fluenced the HX messages. the lower the differentiated level of cancer cells was,the higher the malignant level was,and then the higher the tension of HX messages got The diagnostic coincidence rate of the X-ray chest CT, bronchoscope and CEA was con-trasted with the HX tumor prober.
