斜夹块单侧外固定支架治疗股骨粗隆区骨折

TREATMENT OF INTERTROCHANTERIC FRACTURES WITH HEMILATERAL OBLIQUE-CLAMPING EXTERNAL FIXATIONS

自1994年4月到1996年2月．我们利用外夹块单例外固定支架治疗股骨粗隆区骨折38例，其中26例随访半年致一年零九个月，平均一年零四个月．髋部功能恢复满意。我们认为此方法治疗股骨粗隆区骨折，操作简单，创伤小，手术时间短，病人多耐受，术后亦能早期负重，是一种理想的治疗方法．

From April 1994 to Febtuary 1996, thirty - eight cases of patients with the intertrochanteric fractures were treated with the hemilateral obliqueclamping external fixators. twenty - six patients were followed up from six months to one yearand nine months. the average one year and four months. the hip functions recoveredwell. The method to treat intertrochanteric fractures had the advantanges ;① simple. ②little trauma ③ save time. ④endurable for most patients. ⑤ permit patients to undergo early weight -bearing exercise. so it is ideal.
