高校职业指导课应该构建一套"持续性"教学体系,使大学生在读期间树立自觉的职业生涯规划意识,全面提升职业素质与能力,努力培养出适合社会需求的"职业人"。
The career guidance curriculum in universities should establish a sustainable teaching system, in order that the students can set up career planning consciousness during the period of study, and improve their career quality and capability.
