On Optimization of the Accepting Process and the Effect of the Ideological and Political Education

关注、研究和优化思想政治教育的关键是接受过程和效果问题。要重视接受主体的需要,发挥接受者的主体作用;要注意引导接受者的情感体验,注重思想政治教育内容的更新、方法的改进;要重视塑造思想政治教育工作者的良好形象,优化教育接受的环境。

The key issue of noticing, studying and optimizing the ideological and political education is the accepting process and effcet. We must consider the receivers＇needs and help them to grow to the fullest extent of their roles. Besides, we should also pay attention to guide receiver＇s emotional experience,renew the ideological and political education content and improve the method. Finally, we must maintain good images of the ideological and political educators, and optimize the educational environment.
