The New Changes in China′s Education Thoughts During the 20th Century——A Review of 100 years′Evolution of Education Thought

文章通过对20世纪中国教育思想演化的简单考察,指出中国教育思想在整个二十世纪形成了两方面的主要变化:一是教育注重人的全面发展;二是教育开始走向平民化和大众化。这两方面成为二十一世纪教育的先声,影响着当今教育的现状。

This paper gives a brief survey of the evolution of China＇s education thoughts during the 20th Century and points out the two main changes taking place during the whole span of the 20th century. First, China＇s education has attached importance to a person＇s all- round development. Second,the public have gaineed access to education. These two predominant features continue to affect today＇s education and will be felt in the education of the 21^st century.
