102例钢丝结扎与可乐丽菲露光固化树脂夹板固定松动牙的纵向分析研究

Lengthways analysis of 102 subjects with stainless steel and light cured resin combination splint in stabilization of periodontal disease loosen teeth

目的:分析应用钢丝结扎与可乐丽菲露光固化夹板固定牙周炎患者松动牙的长期临床效果。方法:用不锈钢丝与可乐丽菲露光固化制成牙周夹板,固定松动牙共102例。结扎固定后每隔3～6个月复查,观察固定后牙的牙龈探诊出血、牙周袋探诊深度、附着丧失、松动度和牙槽骨情况,并进行纵向比较统计分析。结果:经1～6年的追踪观察,有效83例,总有效率81.4%,无效19例,占18.6%。牙周袋深度明显变浅,前后对照比较方差分析具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但附着丧失前后变化不明显,经方差分析没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:钢丝结扎与可乐丽菲露光固化夹板固定松动牙是治疗中重度牙周炎的一种有效方法之一,经济适用,简单有效,疗效可靠。

Objective：To investigate the long clinical effect of stainless steel and light cured resin combination splint in stabilization of periodontal disease loosen teeth. Methods： 102 periodontal disease subjects has been taken with stainless steel and light cured resin combination splint in stabilization of loosen teeth, and investigated or recorded BOP,PD,CAL and M every 3 to 6 months. Results：After observation 1 to 6 years,we had taken 83 effective subjects （81.4%） and non-effective 19 subjects（18.6%）. The value of PD had been improved（P〈0.05）,The value of CAL had not been changed. Conclusion：It is a effective and practical technique to treat moderate and advanced periodontal disease with stainless steel and light cured resin combination splint in stabilization of loosen teeth.
