Research on Texts of the Educational Policy on the Children of Farmers Working in Cities

进城务工就业农民子女义务教育问题必须通过相关教育政策体系完善与政策有效执行的过程才能解决。在现实中,这个过程还存在着阻碍政策目标顺利实现的诸多问题。通过对相关教育政策文本研究,旨在从政策运行的角度归纳问题的成因。

For the farmers working in cities, their children＇s compulsory education problem will be solved by improving relevant educational policy system and by carrying out them efficiently. In reality, in this process, there are many problems that hinder the successful realization of those policy aims. This research summarizes relevant key policies and main problems in the process of carrying out them. From the aspect of implementing policies, the causes for these problems are discussed.
