摘要
通过实际环境腐蚀试验和电化学测试,研究了粉末渗锌涂层和达克罗涂层在不同水环境中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,在海洋环境中2种涂层腐蚀严重,在淡水和盐湖水环境中,达克罗耐蚀性较好,渗锌涂层腐蚀严重,钝化处理可以提高达克罗涂层的耐蚀性。
Corrosion resistance of zinc impregnation and dacromet coating was studied by environmental corrosion test and electrochemical measurement techniques. The results showed that both of the coatings have serious corrosion in the marine environment; while in fresh water and water of saline lake, dacromet has excellent corrosion resistance, but zinc impregnation has serious corrosion; and passivation can improve the corrosion resistance of dacromet coating.
