摘要
对国内外不同学派的心理健康观以及相关研究进行理论分析,从积极心理学的角度提出了适合于不同文化背景的、评价大学生心理健康的6条基本标准,既自我接纳、积极的人际关系、自主性、环境控制与利用、生活目标和个体成长。
Based on document research of the studies of mental health and its standards, makes an systemically analysis on various prior theories, from a positive perspective, proposed six essential criteria on the evaluation of mental health in college students, such as self - acceptation, positive interpersonal relationship, anatomy, environmental control and use, life goal and personal development. The results would enhance the education of psychological health in college students.
