深圳特区农业产业化发展现状、问题及对策

Development,Problems and Solutions of Agricultural Industrialization in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone

深圳经济特区创办以来经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,而作为国民经济基础产业的农业却不断萎缩,逐渐被边缘化。农业产业化发展面临耕地资源日益减少,农业发展空间受到很大的挤压;农业领域制度创新严重滞后;农业比较优势逐渐丧失;以及自然灾害与市场风险影响等问题。为此应转变观念,提升对农业基础地位和农业产业化发展的认识;想方设法解决农业发展空间狭小的矛盾;降低生产经营成本,提升农业产业的比较优势;通过各种渠道,增加对农业的投资;完善各种机制,保障特区农业健康发展。

Since the foundation of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,Shenzhen has made remarkable achievements in economic development.But as a basic industry,agriculture has been shrinking and gradually being marginalized. Not enough arable land and development space,the innovation of agriculture sector has seriously lagged behind, comparative advantages have gradually lost,natural disasters and market risks still exist.These are problems of agriculture development of Shenzhen.So we must update conceptions,strengthen the position and industrialization of agriculture,find solutions to the scarcity of development space,lower production costs and enhance the comparative advantages,increase investment in agriculture through various channels,improve mechanisms to protect the healthy development of agriculture.
