摘要
本文分析了湖南省山洪灾害的成因,主要考虑降雨、地形地质与社会经济等三方面,根据山洪灾害的分布位置与强度以及承灾体的特征,按重点防治区、次重点防治区和一般防治区三级进行山洪灾害的防治区划。
This article has analyzed the mountain torrents disaster origin in Hunan,it mainly considers three aspects,such as the rainfall,the terrain geology and the social economy.According to the branching location and the intensity of mountain torrents disaster,as well as the characteristic of withstanding disaster object, preventing and controlling regionalization is composed of the key preventing and controlling area, the secondary preventing and controlling area and the general preventing and controlling area.
