摘要
本文以蜗牛壳为原料 ,经稀碱消化蛋白质和稀酸多次洗涤的方法提取甲壳素。红外光谱和质量分析表明 ,甲壳素平均收率为 15.0 % ,分子量为 9.6× 10 5,N-乙酰化率为 6 7.7%。蜗牛甲壳素与其它来源甲壳素的理化性质基本相似。
Chitin from snail crust was isolated by means of digesting proteins in dilute sodium hydroxide, washing repeatedly with dilute hydrochloric acid Infrared scanning and quantitative analysis showed that degree of N acetylation is 67 7%, its nitrogen content, moisture content, protein content and ash content is 7 35%、2 4%、0 96% and 0 81% respectively The molecular weight is about 9 6×10 5, the average yield is over 150 grams from 1 kilogram snail crust These properties of chitin from snail crust are very similar to those already reported about the chitin from other sourcesKey Words Chitin,Prepa
