抗鼠食管角质层抗体的检测及其临床意义

Detection of antibodies to stratum corneum of rat oesophagus and its clinical implications

81例类风湿关节炎（RA），166例其它风湿病患者和56例正常人抗鼠食管角质层抗体（AKA）检测结果：以角质层线性、板层状荧光沉着，滴度≥1：80为阳性判断标准，AKA在RA的阳性率为19．8％（16／81）；早期RA的AKA检出率为28．6％（6／21）；AKA阳性RA的RF阳性率和平均滴度明显高于AKA阴性者（93．7％对36．9％，1：80对1：32）。提示AKA有助于RA早期诊断，且可能为预后不良的指标之一。

81 cases of rhuematoid arthritis (RA ), 166 cases of miscellaneous rheumatic diseases and 56 normal adults were detected for antibodies to the stratum corneum of rat oesophagus (AKA ). The results showed that according to the positive criteria of linear, laminar flourescene labelling on the stratum corneum at the titre of≥ 1 : 80, the detectable rate of AKA in RA was 19. 8% (16/81); occuuence of AKA in the early RA was 28. 6% (6/21).The rheumatoid factor positive rate and its mean titre in AKA-positive RA were significant ly higher than in AKA-negative ones. It was concluded that AKA was helpful in the diag nosing of early RA and might be a mark of poor prognosis
