Molecular basis of the origin and development of gastric cancer

摘要 胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,它的发生与发展是一个极其复杂的过程,近年来对其研究比较深入,涉及基因、细胞周期、多态性、端粒酶、细胞因子和细胞黏附分子等一系列的变化。现就其分子水平上的一些变化作一综述。 Gastric cancer is one of the most common tumors. Its origin and development are complicated. Recently the research of gastric cancer is progressive. It is related to gene, cell cycle, polymorphism, telornerase, cytokine, cell adhesion molecules and so on. This article reviewed these changes at the molecular level.
