实习护士职业防护健康教育的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of the Health Education on the Occupational Protection among the Nurses in Internship

目的评价健康教育对实习护士生职业暴露血源性疾病防护知识、态度及行为影响的效果。方法将120名某高职实习护士生随机分成实验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对实验组对象进行《血液传播疾病与护士职业暴露感染预防》健康教育,对照组不进行干预,分析评价健康教育的效果。结果实验组实习护士生对各项职业防护知识的正确回答率、正向态度形成率和相关行为转变率,无论与对照组相比,还是组内干预前后自身对照,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实习护士生开展职业防护健康与安全教育,是帮助护士生掌握预防职业感染措施,避免血源性疾病感染与传播的重要途径。

[ Objective] To evaluate the effect of health education among the nurses in internship about the prevention of occupational exposure to blood-transmitted diseases. [ Methods] 120 nurses in internship were randomly divided into 2 groups： experimental group （ n = 60 ） that was given health education on blood-transmitted diseases and professional exposure protection, and the control group （ n = 60 ）. [ Results ] The rates of correct answers to the professional protection knowledge, attitude and practice of the experimental group were all significantly higher than that of the control（ P 〈0.05 ） ; [ Conclusion] Health education on professional protection among the nurses in internship is a very important approach to help them master the protection measures against professional contact infection and blood-transmitted diseases.
